Beri joins Delhivery after serving as Vice President at Emiza Supply Chain Services, where for two years he spearheaded comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise, large, and medium clients in warehousing and logistics solutions. He successfully led market penetration efforts in India’s ₹13,000 Crore 3PL warehousing sector, built high-performing sales teams, optimized financial processes to maintain strong cash flows, and drove initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.

Previously, Beri was Associate Director at Shiprocket, where he played a pivotal role in building the fulfillment center vertical and driving SaaS B2B enterprise sales. He delivered impressive growth in order volumes and client acquisitions while leading end-to-end teams across sales, onboarding, and account management.

Before that, he spent nearly five years at Patanjali Ayurved Limited (Pittie Group), where he held leadership roles in supply chain management and operations. He managed large-scale warehousing operations across multiple regions, overseeing teams of over 300 employees and ensuring operational excellence across inbound, outbound, and modern trade distribution.

Earlier in his career, Beri held leadership roles with Thrillophilia.com, adidas, and HealthKart, where he gained extensive experience in sales, operations, vendor management, and business development. His contributions in these roles highlight his ability to scale operations, improve profitability, and deliver measurable business results.
