Princeton, New Jersey, United States, June 2026 — Paresh Vankar has joined Coforge as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), bringing with him more than two decades of global leadership experience spanning marketing, business development, sales, consulting, and digital transformation. In his new role, Paresh will lead Coforge’s global marketing strategy and brand growth initiatives as the company continues to strengthen its position as an AI-native engineering services leader.
Prior to joining Coforge, Paresh served as Chief Marketing Officer at Quess GTS, where he was responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives and strengthening market positioning. Simultaneously, he also held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Digitide, contributing to the growth and visibility of the organization in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Before these leadership assignments, he worked with Onix as a Strategic Sales Leader, helping accelerate business growth and customer engagement initiatives. His experience in both sales and marketing leadership has enabled him to build a strong understanding of customer-centric growth strategies and digital transformation opportunities.
Paresh also served as Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at LTIMindtree, where he led global marketing efforts and played a key role in strengthening the company’s brand presence and go-to-market strategy following the merger that created one of India’s leading technology services organizations.
A significant part of his career was spent at HCL Technologies, where he held multiple senior leadership positions over nearly eighteen years. As Senior Vice President Marketing and Global Head of Marketing – Financial Services, he led global marketing programs across next-generation technologies and industry verticals, championed technology-driven marketing strategies, strengthened customer engagement through innovative content marketing initiatives, and earned recognition as the “Marketing Professional of the Year” by CMO Asia. Earlier at HCL, he also led presales, business management, healthcare solutions, and business development functions, helping build new service lines and drive large-scale growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Paresh held leadership positions with Professional Access and LG Electronics, where he gained valuable experience in e-commerce, retail solutions, alliances, sales management, customer engagement, and business development. These diverse experiences helped shape the strategic leadership capabilities that have defined his career across the global technology and services industry.
Paresh holds an MBA (PGDM) in Marketing, Sales and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), one of India’s premier management institutions.
