Ohio, USA – Towne Park has appointed Jessica Sikich as the new Director of Human Resources. Sikich brings over a decade of comprehensive experience in human resources and project management, underscoring her commitment and capability in leading strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
Jessica Sikich began her journey at Towne Park as a District Manager, where she managed a 32-site portfolio across Kentucky, Ohio, and Minnesota. During her tenure, she identified business development opportunities, analyzed customer data trends, and led the implementation of the Legion payroll processing system, which significantly improved operational efficiencies and exceeded profit expectations.
Prior to her role at Towne Park, Sikich was a Project Manager at ALDI USA from March 2021 to October 2022. In this role, she developed key training and development programs that enhanced ALDI’s operational leadership routines and initiatives. Her efforts were pivotal in driving productivity and engagement across 25 divisions.
Before ALDI, Sikich served as a District Manager at the same company from June 2016 to March 2021. Her leadership focused on coaching store teams, developing operational best practices, and implementing plans to maximize sales and achieve performance goals.
Jessica’s career is marked by her strategic approach to process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and her ability to translate operational needs into effective HR and financial strategies.
