New York, USA, May 2024 – Tillman FiberCo is delighted to announce the appointment of Katy Corrado as the new Senior Director of Human Resources. With over two decades of comprehensive experience in the HR sector, Katy brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team.
Prior to her current role, Katy served as Senior HR Business Partner at The Hampshire Companies for two years, where she played a pivotal role in employee relations, training development, and performance management for a private real estate investment firm. Her responsibilities included overseeing talent management, compensation, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and safety across the organization.
From June 2018 to June 2022, Katy was the Director of Human Resources at Erickson Senior Living. In her four-year tenure, she led the HR strategy for a non-profit senior living community, managing a team of eight and focusing on employee experience and talent development. Her significant contributions included leading a community transition to Workday, enhancing employee engagement, and spearheading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Before Erickson, Katy enhanced her skills at Verizon, where she worked for over seven years as a Senior Manager, Human Resources. Her role encompassed supporting various sales organizations and leading national HR projects. Katy’s career also includes impactful positions at Mars and Avis Budget Group, where she developed key HR initiatives and managed talent acquisition and employee loyalty programs.
