Berlin, Germany, July 2025 – Glow25 has welcomed Patrice Lesko as its new Head of People & Culture, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to people-first growth and transformative culture. Patrice brings more than a decade of international HR leadership, organizational design, and transformation experience across the tech, green energy, and mobility sectors.
Patrice joins Glow25 after a recent stint as an independent People Strategy Advisor & Coach in Berlin, supporting organizations on evolving their people structures, optimizing systems, and coaching leaders through career transitions and complex change journeys. This advisory experience is underscored by Patrice’s ability to help companies create sustainable, scalable people practices and foster resilient, high-trust cultures.
Before that, Patrice led People Operations at Enpal, one of Europe’s fastest-growing green tech companies, where they were responsible for more than 4,800 employees across 28 entities. In this role, Patrice successfully rebuilt core HR operations, introduced automation, led a Workday relaunch, implemented time tracking for a diverse workforce, and oversaw a comprehensive transformation that stabilized payroll and compliance while unifying the company’s HR backbone. Patrice’s leadership ensured seamless transitions during periods of significant organizational change.
Previously, Patrice spent five years at FREE NOW, rising from Strategy Manager to Director of People Services and overseeing the integration of HR, payroll, and systems across 11 countries. Patrice launched People Services 2.0, introduced EU-wide automation, improved compliance, drove people analytics adoption, and acted as interim Head of Business Partnering during a major restructuring. This journey demonstrated Patrice’s strengths in digital transformation, change management, and building empowered teams at scale.
Earlier roles included senior HR transformation and innovation consulting at EY, project and change management at Hamburger Hochbahn AG, and early exposure to operational and strategic topics with international assignments at Transport for London. Patrice’s expertise is further highlighted by hands-on experience in launching HR tech stacks, integrating new systems, and developing people strategies that align closely with business growth and cultural vision.
Patrice Lesko’s appointment comes as Glow25 continues to challenge anti-aging dogmas and build a brand rooted in self-care, vitality, and community. With a values-driven, agile, and mostly remote operating model, Glow25 looks to Patrice to drive forward its vision for a confident, inclusive, and empowered workforce.
