Franklin, Tennessee, United States, May 2025 – Patrick Bryant has taken on a new role as Vice President of Human Resources / Talent Acquisition at PhyNet Dermatology LLC, a growing leader in integrated dermatology care. In this expanded leadership role, Bryant will lead company-wide human resources and talent acquisition strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business goals while enhancing workforce planning, recruiting operations, and organizational development.
Patrick was previously Director of Talent Acquisition at PhyNet Dermatology, where he successfully built scalable recruitment strategies and strengthened the talent pipeline across multiple markets. His elevation reflects the company’s confidence in his strategic impact and leadership.
Prior to joining PhyNet, Patrick was Talent Acquisition Manager at AppHarvest, where he led high-volume recruitment across a four-farm network, hiring more than 1,500 employees annually and managing H2A and migrant labor contracts. His data-driven recruiting practices, community engagement, and commitment to inclusive hiring set new benchmarks within the organization.
Earlier, Patrick served as Talent Acquisition Manager at RJ Corman Railroad Group, managing staffing across 22 states and spearheading the development of veteran recruitment strategies. He also played a pivotal role in enhancing recruiting efficiency and analytics.
His earlier tenures at Allegion PLC and Cornerstone RPO further established his reputation for transforming talent acquisition functions through process optimization, ATS enhancements, and strategic sourcing partnerships. At Allegion, he helped lead the spin-off and talent build-out of a $2 billion division.
