Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, October 2025 — Electrolux Group has announced the appointment of Patrick Minogue as Head of Region North America, succeeding Ricardo Cons, who will retire at the end of 2025.
Patrick brings over two decades of leadership experience in the consumer goods industry, most recently serving as President of U.S. Coffee at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Over his 10-year tenure there, he led category expansion, accelerated e-commerce growth, scaled the D2C business, and advanced the strategic agenda for the company’s USD 4 billion U.S. Coffee portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Bacardi and MillerCoors, where he drove commercial transformation, customer marketing, and brand management initiatives.
Patrick will join Electrolux Group on November 10, 2025, and formally assume the position of Head of Region North America on January 1, 2026. During the transition, he will work closely with Ricardo Cons to ensure stable leadership and seamless continuity across operations.
“I’m pleased to welcome Patrick to the team,” said Yannick Fierling, President and CEO of Electrolux Group.
“Patrick brings a bold, forward-looking approach and deep business insight that will inspire our teams and accelerate our progress as we continue to challenge the industry and ourselves.”
“I also want to express my sincere thanks to Ricardo for his outstanding contributions,” Fierling added.
“His leadership has been instrumental in guiding both BA North America and Latin America through transformative turnarounds. On behalf of the entire team, we wish him every success as he transitions to his next chapter with his family.”
Patrick Minogue will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and will report directly to Yannick Fierling as part of Group Management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Harvard College.
