The Randstad, Netherlands, October 2025 — Amitabh Yadav has taken on an expanded global leadership role at Centrient Pharmaceuticals as Global Director – Rewards & HR Excellence | Netherlands HR Director | Global HRBP – Finance & IT. In this position, he will lead the organization’s total rewards, HR excellence frameworks, and country-level HR operations for the Netherlands, while continuing to strengthen HR partnership for global Finance and IT functions.
Amitabh has been associated with Centrient Pharmaceuticals for over six years, contributing significantly to the company’s HR strategy and organizational transformation. Prior to his current role, he served as Global Director – Total Rewards, HR Excellence & Country HR Director – Netherlands, where he led initiatives to align global reward systems, streamline HR processes, and embed excellence across multiple geographies.
Before that, he worked as Global Director – Total Rewards, HR Excellence & Global HRBP – Finance & IT, driving HR effectiveness across finance and IT domains globally. In his earlier assignments at Centrient, he held positions such as Global Director – Compensation, Benefits and HR Excellence, where he was instrumental in designing equitable compensation structures and leading HR analytics initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
Before joining Centrient Pharmaceuticals, Amitabh served as Head – Total Rewards at Apotex India (ARPL & APIPL), where he played a key role in implementing robust rewards systems and workforce planning strategies. His prior experience includes working with Mylan as Assistant General Manager – Compensation & Benefits, and earlier with Cipla Ltd. as an HR Generalist, where he built expertise in HR operations, workforce planning, and benchmarking.
Amitabh began his HR journey with Reliance Industries Limited as part of the Reliance Accelerated Leadership Program, followed by a stint at Infosys as Associate Lead – Compensation & Benefits. He also gained early industry exposure through his tenure at Tata Consultancy Services and an internship at Ernst & Young, where he developed a deep understanding of analytics-driven HR decision-making.
Amitabh holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier management institutions, which laid the foundation for his distinguished career in global HR leadership.
