Monona, Wisconsin, United States, January 2025 – Patty Glines-Kotecki has joined WPS—A Health Solutions Company as Vice President, Human Resources. With a distinguished career spanning HR leadership, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement, Patty will spearhead HR strategy, workforce development, and people analytics to enhance employee experience and organizational growth at WPS.
Before joining WPS, Patty was Head of People, Fiskars Americas, leading HR strategy across the U.S. and Canada for the globally recognized brand. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Human Resources at American Financing, where she drove HR transformation initiatives, employee engagement programs, and leadership development strategies.

Her earlier tenure includes serving as Organizational Change Management Leader for Business Transformation at Alliant Energy, where she implemented large-scale change management strategies. She also held leadership positions at Spectrum Brands, Baker Tilly, and CUNA Mutual Group, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and HR operations.
Patty started her career at Accenture, spending eight years in global human capital strategy and leadership development, which laid a strong foundation for her expertise in HR transformation and business strategy.
