Greater London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Paul Crawford has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources, North America at KIKO MILANO, marking a key leadership expansion for the global beauty brand. In his new role, Paul will lead the HR strategy across North America, focusing on organizational development, employee engagement, and talent growth to support the company’s retail and corporate operations in the region.
Paul has been with KIKO MILANO for over six years, most recently serving as Human Resources Director, where he played a vital role in shaping HR strategies across the UK and international markets. His contributions have strengthened KIKO’s people-first culture during a time of strategic global growth.
Prior to joining KIKO, Paul held a contract HR Director role at Warner Bros. Entertainment in London, where he supported critical HR programs in a dynamic and creative business environment, contributing to talent strategies in the entertainment sector.
Paul’s nearly 10-year tenure at Al-Futtaim in Dubai saw him rise through the ranks from HR Manager to General Manager HR – MEA, managing HR operations across the Middle East and Africa for a portfolio of retail, automotive, and real estate businesses.
Earlier in his career, Paul held HR Manager roles at ILVA and B&Q in the UK, where he developed his core expertise in retail HR, labor relations, and change management through more than a decade of frontline and leadership experience.
