Paul brings with him a wealth of leadership experience and financial acumen, having spent over two decades driving performance, transformation, and innovation across the fintech and payments industry.
Before joining Fiserv, Paul served as a Partner at TTV Capital, where he focused on early-stage fintech investments and leveraged his deep understanding of the banking and merchant ecosystems. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Global Payments Inc. as SEVP and CFO, where he played a key role in guiding the company through a period of rapid global expansion. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at TSYS, serving first as EVP of Strategy, M&A, Product, and Marketing, and later as SEVP and CFO, leading major strategic and financial initiatives that positioned TSYS for sustained growth and innovation.
Paul’s appointment at Fiserv marks his return to an executive leadership position following his advisory tenure with the company, where he initially joined as a Special Advisor to the Executive Leadership Team. His extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, M&A, and operational excellence makes him exceptionally well-suited to help Fiserv strengthen its financial framework and accelerate its mission to deliver innovative, connected, and trusted financial solutions to clients worldwide.
Paul holds an MBA in Accounting from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis. His leadership journey reflects a consistent record of driving financial discipline, fostering growth, and championing innovation in the global fintech ecosystem.
