With over a decade of experience in human resources and compensation management, Ignacio is set to lead the HR strategies for the LATAM region, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Ignacio Cavazos has been with Mattel for approximately 8 years and 6 months. In his current role as Sr. Director Human Resources LATAM, he is responsible for overseeing the HR operations in the LATAM region. Prior to this, Ignacio served as Sr. Director Global Compensation for 1 year and 4 months, where he managed global compensation strategies and policies. Before that, he was the Director Global Compensation Ops for 1 year and 7 months, focusing on optimizing compensation operations on a global scale.

Ignacio’s journey at Mattel also includes roles such as Sr. Manager Compensation & Benefits for 1 year and 7 months, Manager Compensation & Benefits LATAM for 1 year and 10 months, and Assoc Manager Compensation & Benefits for 8 months. He started at Mattel as a Sr. Compensation & Benefits Analyst, a position he held for 1 year and 11 months.
