Bridget Donovan Joins Elektrofi as Associate Director of Human Resources

Boston, Massachusetts, United States, July 2024 – Elektrofi is pleased to announce the appointment of Bridget Donovan as the new Associate Director of Human Resources. Bridget Donovan has a wealth of experience in human resources, spanning several key roles in the industry. Before joining Elektrofi, she served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Trinity Life Sciences for approximately 1 year. In this role, she was instrumental in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent management for the company’s operations in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Prior to her tenure at Trinity Life Sciences, Bridget spent 7 years at C4 Therapeutics, Inc., where she held multiple positions, including Senior HR Generalist & HR Operations for 0.5 years, Human Resources Generalist for 4 years, and Human Resources Associate for 1 year. Her responsibilities included onboarding, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Bridget began her career as an Administrative Assistant at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard for approximately 1.5 years, where she developed strong foundational skills in HR and administrative support.
