London, United Kingdom, September 2024 — Paul Torres has been appointed as the Head of People & Organisation IT Domain at CHANEL. In this role, Paul will lead the strategic development and implementation of IT initiatives within the people and culture domain, driving transformation and optimizing organizational processes to support CHANEL’s global workforce.
Paul joins CHANEL from HSBC, where he spent over six years in various senior IT roles. Most recently, he served as the Global Head of Corporate Services Technology, where he was accountable for the IT strategy, operations, and service management of corporate real estate, protective security, and business continuity technology. Prior to this, he was the Head of Supporting Technology and Digital – HRIT, leading the management and transformation of HR technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
Before his tenure at HSBC, Paul worked as a Senior Manager in the Human Capital Consulting division at Deloitte, where he advised global organizations on HR technology transformations, operating model strategies, and large-scale system implementations.
Earlier in his career, Paul held key leadership roles at Succeed Consultancy, where he led HR technology projects, and at Tesco, where he was responsible for global rollout strategies of people systems and processes across the company’s international operations.
