Manchester, New Hampshire, USA, September 2024 — Stephanie Carroll has accepted the position of Head of People & Culture at Sequel Med Tech. In this role, Stephanie will lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement, culture, and talent development across the organization. Her extensive background in HR leadership will be a valuable asset to Sequel as the company continues its mission to revolutionize drug delivery systems.
Stephanie served as the Chief People Officer at AbleTo Inc. for nearly two years, overseeing the company’s people strategy and fostering a strong organizational culture. Prior to this, she held the role of SVP, People & Culture at AbleTo, where she led initiatives to improve employee engagement and streamline HR processes.
Before joining AbleTo, Stephanie spent over 11 years at CVS Health, where she held multiple leadership roles. As an HR Business Partner, she provided HR support for various divisions, including specialty products, prescriber sales, and infusion strategy. Additionally, she played a key role in mergers and acquisitions and change management. Earlier, she served as an Organizational Development Advisor, focusing on leadership development and change management initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked as a Senior Research Services Analyst/Project Manager at Perseus Development Corp, where she managed marketing research projects and designed web-based surveys. She also served as a Marketing Research Consultant at Boston Beer Company, where she contributed to brand awareness and image tracking for well-known brands like Sam Adams and Twisted Tea.
