Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, July 2024 – Paula Sanders has joined INSPYR Solutions as the new Vice President of People. In her new role, she will lead HR strategies to support the organization’s mission and foster a positive work environment.
Previously, Paula served as the Human Resources Director at Stein Fibers, LLC for over a year. In this role, she led HR initiatives and managed operations to support the company’s growth and employee engagement.
Prior to Stein Fibers, Paula was the Director of People and Culture at ManpowerGroup for five and a half years. She played a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and culture development, significantly contributing to the company’s success.
Before joining ManpowerGroup, Paula spent nearly 11 years at Britax Child Safety, where she served as the Director of Human Resources. She was instrumental in developing HR strategies that enhanced the company’s culture and operational efficiency.
Earlier in her career, Paula held HR roles at Linens N Things and The Cato Corporation, where she managed various HR functions and supported organizational growth through effective recruitment and HR management.
