Bogotá, D.C., Capital District, Colombia, December 2025 — Paula V. Camacho has started a new position as Chief Executive Officer at Aventor Global, a boutique consulting firm specializing in international expansion, global go-to-market strategy, AI-enabled sales acceleration, and strategic partnerships for tech companies scaling across Latin America, North America, and Europe. In her new role, Paula will lead the firm’s global vision, commercial growth, and international scaling initiatives, working directly with founders, CEOs, and commercial leaders navigating global markets.
Immediately prior to leading Aventor Global, Paula V. Camacho served as Client Relationship Executive – North America at Sofka Technologies, where she strengthened client partnerships across the U.S. market and contributed to the company’s mission of transforming lives through technology. Her role focused on building trusted relationships and enabling customer-centric technology solutions in the North American region.
Before Sofka Technologies, Paula was Global Sales Manager at GML Software, where she led the company’s internationalization strategy. She expanded the organization’s footprint beyond Colombia, driving entry into multiple global markets and establishing early commercial traction for its solutions. Her leadership strengthened the company’s global sales engine and opened new international opportunities for revenue growth.
Earlier in her career, Paula spent over six years at ProColombia, where she held roles including International Trade Advisor – Industries 4.0, Foreign Trade Advisor – Factories for Internationalization Program, and Market Research Analyst. Across these positions, she designed market entry strategies for tech companies, supported export growth, identified international business opportunities, promoted Colombia’s technology sector in global forums, and strengthened export capabilities for companies across digital industries. Her tenure also included international experience in India as a Trade and Investment Intern, supporting export promotion and foreign investment initiatives.
Paula’s early commercial experience includes her role as Brand and Sales Representative at The Ricky Joy Company in the United States, where she expanded the retail footprint across Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, increased product visibility, and drove substantial sales growth in key retail accounts.
