Singapore, February 2026 — Pauline L. has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at TriveExec Holdings Pte Ltd, where she also serves as Co-Founder. In this strategic leadership position, she will spearhead the people agenda as the firm positions itself as Southeast Asia’s premier institutional readiness consultancy.
At TriveExec Holdings, Pauline will lead enterprise-wide human capital strategy, organisational design, leadership development, governance frameworks, and culture-building initiatives. Her mandate includes aligning people strategy with the firm’s structured, data-driven pathways that support high-potential SMEs across ASEAN in achieving sustainable growth, regional expansion, capital readiness, and successful exits.
Prior to this, Pauline served as Group Chief Corporate Officer at CGS International Securities Singapore, where she led corporate office functions and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. She earlier held the position of Group Head, Corporate Office within the organisation, strengthening governance, corporate strategy alignment, and operational integration across business units.
Before CGS International, Pauline spent over 13 years at ARA Asset Management, where she reported directly to the Group CEO and oversaw the full spectrum of group human resources activities across multiple Asia-Pacific markets, managing HR operations for over 1,400 employees across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Australia, South Korea, and Japan. She also led Corporate Development initiatives, including annual reports, corporate communications, and strategic brand elevation for the group and its leadership.
Her earlier leadership roles include Vice President Human Resources at CBM Pte Ltd, where she managed HR operations for over 900 employees and was awarded the prestigious CBM STAR Award for excellence across HR metrics. She also served as Head of School of Business at Nanyang Institute of Management, overseeing academic operations and quality standards, and held HR leadership roles at Chartwell School of Business and Income Insurance Limited, building strong foundations in human resources, governance, and stakeholder management.
With more than two decades of cross-sector leadership experience spanning financial services, real estate investment management, education, and corporate advisory, Pauline L. brings deep expertise in enterprise HR strategy, board-level engagement, organisational excellence, and regional workforce transformation to TriveExec Holdings.
