Pavan has been an integral part of Aquaconnect for over four years, previously serving as Head of Finance, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial governance, fundraising strategy, and profitability frameworks. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the company’s financial efficiency during a period of rapid expansion backed by marquee investors such as S2G Ventures, LDC Ventures, Lok Capital, and AgFunder.

Before joining Aquaconnect, Pavan held senior finance leadership roles in the food and beverage industry. As Head of Finance at DropKaffe Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (Slay Coffee), he led strategic financial planning and streamlined fiscal operations to support the company’s fast-growing retail network. Prior to that, he served as AGM – Finance at Mountain Trail Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Chai Point), where he oversaw corporate finance and profitability initiatives across multiple business channels.

Earlier, he held finance leadership roles at Handiman Services Ltd., where he managed nationwide finance operations and drove cost optimization initiatives, and Fashion 365 Retail Pvt. Ltd. (Avirate), where he led finance and accounting for the retail apparel brand. Pavan also gained valuable experience in Industree Crafts Pvt. Ltd., where he managed fund flow, compliance, and statutory audits while overseeing consolidated financials across multiple business units.
