Prague, Czechia – October 2024 – Pavla Palos Helclova has been appointed as the Head of Group People Operations at Creditinfo Group, where she will lead strategic HR initiatives, implement group-wide HR frameworks, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.
Prior to her new role, Pavla served as Head of HR & Support Operations for Creditinfo CEE, where she was instrumental in launching a new HRIS (Bamboo HR), improving HR processes, and introducing a data-driven approach to rewards and salary benchmarking. Her accomplishments included building a strong HR team, introducing regular employee surveys, and implementing the 9-box talent management model. She also provided advisory support to the management team during significant organizational changes.

Before joining Creditinfo, Pavla spent a decade at Korn Ferry Hay Group as a Senior Consultant. During this time, she developed strategies in organizational development, people assessment, talent management, and project management. She was responsible for projects ranging from competency model development and leadership coaching to job evaluation and employee value proposition creation.
Earlier in her career, Pavla was the Managing Partner at Grape Consulting, representing the Czech branch of a global consultancy focused on organizational behavior. In this role, she managed HR audits, change management initiatives, and talent planning projects, providing HR consultancy to various clients.
Pavla’s initial HR experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at Damovo during a transformation period, and as a Senior Consultant at Amrop Dr. Kaufmann & Partner, specializing in executive search and people development in the IT, telecommunications, and utilities sectors.
