New York, USA – October 2024 – Victoria Shannon has been appointed as the Head of People at TVM, the leading digital out-of-home network for bars and restaurants. In her new role, Victoria will oversee the development and execution of TVM’s HR strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Before joining TVM, Victoria Shannon served as Vice President of Human Resources at Lightbox OOH Video Network, where she led HR operations for 16 months. Her efforts centered around driving HR transformation, optimizing talent management, and building effective people strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans.
Prior to Lightbox, Victoria was a Sr. Director of Human Resources at ViacomCBS for approximately 1.5 years, overseeing HR functions across multiple divisions. Her responsibilities included talent development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee relations.
She also served as the Director of Human Resources at CBS Interactive for over two years, managing HR processes, performance management, and change management strategies. She played a key role in aligning HR practices with CBS Interactive’s business objectives.
Victoria’s career began at Wenner Media, where she spent nearly 12 years in various HR roles, advancing from HR Coordinator to HR Director. During her tenure, she focused on recruitment, training, performance management, and implementing HR policies to support a dynamic media environment.
