Pazcare has elevated Aditya Malik as the Chief Revenue Officer from his previous role as SVP – Revenue, while also appointing Arpit Rungta as SVP – Customer Success, and bringing on Abhishek Goyal, ex-cofounder of LogiPe, as Director – Growth.

These appointments strengthen Pazcare’s leadership team across revenue, customer success, and growth. This move underscores the company’s commitment to building a strong leadership foundation as it enters its next growth chapter — deepening its presence in preventive healthcare, wellness, and AI-powered claims.

Commenting on the announcement, Sanchit Malik, Co-founder & CEO of Pazcare, said, “Over the past two years, Pazcare has grown 5x, serving over 2,000 companies including enterprises like Mamaearth, Mindtickle, and Chaayos. With strong market tailwinds and rising demand from customers on primary and preventive care for their employees, we are perfectly positioned as the top player in healthcare benefits and insurance. Our leverage of AI-driven workflows, combined with a vastly superior customer experience, is creating a delta that is unmatched compared to traditional providers. With growth in the revenue, we are also able to show strong EBITDA improvement and turned contribution margin positive. This highlights the high operating leverage of our business — meaning every incremental win makes us stronger, more profitable, and better positioned to invest back into our people, product, and customers. The expanded leadership team is a step to help us deliver on this vision at scale and with speed.”

Since joining Pazcare as SVP – Revenue Growth over 1 year ago, Malik has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s new revenue engine, delivering record-breaking growth in deal volume, and building a strong sales motion. In his new role as CRO, he will be responsible for driving end-to-end revenue strategy — including new business acquisition, account growth, and market expansion — with a focus on delivering measurable health outcomes for employees. In the past, Malik has worked with brands like Accenture, PwC, Unilever, and HighRadius. He is a mechanical engineer from DTU and has a post-graduation diploma from IIM Ahmedabad.

As SVP – Customer Success, Rungta will be leading client success, retention, and cross-sell initiatives. His charter is ensuring that every customer engagement translates into improved employee health and wellness outcomes. He has worked with marquee organizations like Schlumberger, BCG and HighRadius in the past, and is a passout of IIT Kharagpur.

Goyal has joined in a senior leadership role focused on Growth via core marketing as well as partnerships & new initiatives. He will work to unlock new growth avenues and deepen ecosystem collaboration. He is the ex-founder of LogiPe and a passout of IIT Kanpur.

Pazcare’s recent strategic moves align with its evolving product philosophy — treating insurance as a feature and positioning healthcare as the core. The company is doubling down on preventive health, OPD and wellness delivery, and AI-driven claims processing to offer a superior employee experience.

Over the next 12 months, Pazcare aims to:

  • Expand its preventive healthcare portfolio to include habit-forming wellness programs
