Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, January 2026 — Manish Gupta has taken on the role of Senior Vice President at PDCOR Ltd., marking a significant leadership elevation within the organization. In his new role, he continues to play a pivotal role in driving PDCOR’s infrastructure mandate, with a strong focus on water, wastewater, environment, and urban development projects across Rajasthan.
With an association spanning nearly two decades, Manish Gupta has been instrumental in building and scaling multiple verticals at PDCOR Ltd.. Since joining the organization in 2006, he has progressed through roles including Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and now Senior Vice President—demonstrating sustained leadership impact and deep institutional knowledge.
Prior to his elevation, he served as Vice President at PDCOR Ltd. for a decade, where he led multidisciplinary teams of water, wastewater, environment, and water resources engineers. His responsibilities included overseeing complex infrastructure projects, guiding project structuring and implementation, and supporting government stakeholders in delivering sustainable urban and water-sector solutions.
Earlier in his career, Manish Gupta held engineering and project management roles at The Louis Berger Group, where he worked as Assistant Engineer (PMC) on the Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (ADB-funded). He began his professional journey at STS Ltd. as Senior Design Engineer, gaining extensive experience in hydraulic and structural design for water supply, sewerage, and building projects.
Across his career, he has developed deep expertise in water resource engineering, wastewater treatment, environmental compliance, construction management, and public infrastructure delivery, contributing meaningfully to Rajasthan’s urban and infrastructure development landscape.
