In her current role at Vantage, Pei Ying leads the global talent acquisition agenda, supporting organizational growth through structured hiring strategies, data-driven recruitment practices, and employer branding initiatives.
Prior to joining Vantage, she spent over two years with Doo Group, where she most recently served as Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, she oversaw regional recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, led a multi-market talent acquisition team, partnered with C-level leaders on workforce planning, and drove employer branding and recruitment analytics improvements.
Earlier at Doo Group, she also served as Group Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Talent Recruitment Executive (Acting Team Lead), where she managed end-to-end recruitment across SEA and Middle East markets, enforced KPI-driven hiring processes, supported regional expansion plans, and guided daily TA operations while leading large recruitment teams.
Before her tenure at Doo Group, Pei Ying held consulting and recruitment leadership roles at TIMESCONSULT, Achieve Group, and Tricor Group, building deep expertise in executive search, mass hiring, workforce planning, and recruitment consulting across Malaysia’s financial services and corporate sectors.
