Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, April 2026 – Peter Ong has stepped into the role of Deputy Country Head – Thailand at PERSOL APAC, marking a significant leadership milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization. In this role, he will support overall country strategy, business growth, and operational performance across multiple business lines, while strengthening governance, profitability, and market expansion initiatives in Thailand.
Prior to this appointment, Peter Ong held multiple regional leadership roles at PERSOL APAC, including Regional Business Director, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across Asia-Pacific and driving strategic workforce solutions across markets.
Earlier, he served as Regional Associate Business Director and Regional Senior Business Manager, where he led large-scale recruitment and workforce transformation initiatives, contributing to revenue growth and strengthening client partnerships across diverse industries.
Over his extensive tenure of more than 16 years with PERSOL, he progressed through several leadership roles including Senior Advisor, Senior Manager, Team Lead, and Lead Consultant, building deep expertise in recruitment, executive search, staffing, RPO, and HR advisory. His journey reflects consistent growth in responsibility, leadership impact, and regional influence.
Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in delivering integrated workforce solutions, aligning regional strategies with local market needs, and developing strong leadership pipelines to support sustainable business growth.
