In this expanded role, Sandra will continue driving the organization’s HR strategies while also spearheading public affairs initiatives to strengthen Mevion’s global presence and commitment to healthcare innovation.
Sandra joined Mevion Medical Systems in 2018 as Senior Director of Human Resources, where she contributed significantly to the organization’s talent development and operational excellence. She was later promoted to Vice President of People Operations, where she led transformative HR initiatives and fostered a strong organizational culture aligned with Mevion’s mission and values.
Prior to her tenure at Mevion, Sandra served as Director of Human Resources at Advanced Instruments, LLC, where she implemented strategic HR systems, improved compliance, and enhanced performance management processes. Her earlier experience includes impactful roles at Fresenius Medical Care, where she partnered with leadership on talent development and organizational restructuring, and at Hollingsworth & Vose, where she led HR initiatives for union and non-union operations across North America.
Sandra’s career also includes HR leadership positions at Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc. and Advanced Refractory Technologies, Inc., where she successfully managed HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
