Most recently, she served as Director of HR, where she played a pivotal role in developing comprehensive HR frameworks, improving employee satisfaction, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Her tenure has been marked by her ability to foster a collaborative culture and implement forward-thinking HR practices.
Before joining MedPOINT, Provencher worked as a 7th Grade Language Arts Teacher at St. Mel School, showcasing her dedication to education and community development. Earlier in her career, she held roles in the entertainment and legal industries, including serving as an Assistant to an Entertainment Publicist at Stan Rosenfield Public Relations and an Assistant in the Law Division at DreamWorks SKG, gaining diverse professional experience.
