Phnom Penh, Cambodia, June 2025 – Phan Heng has taken on a new role as Chief People and Commercial Officer at Evergrow Supply, a leading agritech company delivering eco-friendly and sustainable agricultural solutions across Cambodia. In his new role, Phan will lead both the people function and commercial operations, driving strategic initiatives that integrate human capital development with market expansion efforts.
Phan brings over 20 years of diverse HR and business leadership experience across multiple industries including agribusiness, real estate, hospitality, FMCG, and industrial sectors.
Most recently, Phan served as Group Human Resources Director at Luxelite Group, where he led the people strategy across a diversified portfolio that included hotels, malls, real estate, F&B, and entertainment verticals. Over nearly two years, he built organizational capability through integrated HR solutions, business alignment, and workforce development.
Before Luxelite, Phan held the role of Chief People Officer at SOMA Group for over three years. There, he played a key role in modernizing HR systems, leadership development frameworks, and cultural transformation programs across the group’s operating companies.
Earlier, he served as Chief People Officer at WorldBridge Group and as Chief HR Officer at ISI GROUP, where he focused on aligning talent practices with enterprise-wide growth. He also held HR leadership roles at Medai G.B. Enterprise and Cambodia Brewery Limited (HEINEKEN Cambodia), where he managed large-scale recruitment, learning, and employee relations operations.
Phan began his leadership journey with SCG at Kampot Cement and Sayam International Co., Ltd., gaining early experience in HR operations, industrial relations, and administrative leadership that laid the foundation for his senior executive roles.
