Pierre Baron Starts New Role as Chief People Officer at Yago

Brussels Metropolitan Area, Belgium, SEptember 2025 – Pierre Baron has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Yago, where he will lead the company’s people strategy during a crucial phase of transformation and hyper-growth. In this role, he will focus on attracting top talent, fostering organizational culture, and driving employee engagement to support Yago’s ambitious expansion plans.

Pierre has been part of Yago since early 2023, where he served as Head of People for nearly three years. In this role, he played a vital part in guiding the scale-up’s rapid growth journey, helping Yago double its workforce while maintaining a strong culture. His work spanned recruitment strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development during a period when the company multiplied its turnover ninefold.

Before joining Yago, Pierre co-founded BluStorm, where he spent over eight years as Co-Founder and Director. At BluStorm, he helped organizations build high-performing workplaces by focusing on teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement. His consulting experience enabled companies to innovate, align their teams, and achieve long-term strategic goals.

Pierre also contributed as an Expert with SportsTech Belgium, where he coached start-ups on building stellar teams and leveraging entrepreneurial profiles. Earlier in his career, he worked with BMW Group Belux as an RPM Consultant, with BearingPoint as a Senior Business Consultant, and with EUROGROUP Consulting France as a Senior Consultant, gaining strong experience across HR, strategy, and business consulting.
