Piers has been with Mous for more than four years, most recently serving as Head of Content, where he led the creative and storytelling strategy across global markets. Prior to that, he held the roles of Lead Creative Strategist and Content Strategy Manager, where he played a pivotal role in shaping Mous’ visual identity and content-driven growth. His contributions have been key in positioning Mous as one of the most admired challenger brands in the tech accessories space, merging innovation with lifestyle appeal.
Before joining Mous, Piers worked with Newton Europe, a rapidly growing management consultancy specializing in operational excellence across retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and defense sectors. As a Consultant and later Senior Consultant, he developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, business strategy, and performance optimization—skills that now inform his marketing leadership.
Earlier in his career, Piers co-founded CP Collectives, a digital platform and Instagram community that amassed over 2.5 million followers. The platform showcased the world’s best photography and successfully built a thriving e-commerce business selling prints, canvases, and presets. His entrepreneurial experience honed his digital growth and community-building capabilities, which have continued to define his approach to brand marketing.
Piers also gained early professional exposure as a Summer Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), where he contributed to research on fintech trends and the future of retail banking, and as a Fish and Meat Counter Assistant at Sainsbury’s, where he learned the value of customer experience from the ground up.
