Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden, September 2025 – Tobias Helgesson has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer at LIPUM AB, a company focused on improving quality of life for individuals suffering from chronic inflammatory diseases. In this key leadership role, Tobias will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and operations of the organization, supporting its mission to reduce the societal and healthcare burden associated with long-term inflammatory conditions.
With over a decade of experience leading TH Finance Management AB, Tobias has offered consultancy to numerous organizations across sectors in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting. His expertise in economic control, budgeting, accounting, and communication has positioned him as a trusted financial consultant in the Swedish business ecosystem.
Prior to this, Tobias held an interim role as Business Controller at Bauer Media Group, contributing to financial consolidation, IFRS compliance, and strategic forecasting over nearly a year. His consulting expertise through TH Finance Management AB was instrumental in driving financial stability and reporting transparency in a hybrid work environment.
Previously, Tobias spent almost six years at HRM Affärsutveckling AB as Finance Manager and Acting Business Area Manager, where he led budgeting, cash flow optimization, and economic analysis initiatives. His tenure at HRM further solidified his skills in leadership and business development in the financial domain.
Earlier in his career, Tobias took on interim financial leadership assignments at PwC, OSRAM, and SEB, contributing his expertise to large-scale projects in accounting, internal controls, and performance reporting. He also held leadership positions at Otsuka Pharma Scandinavia AB and Sanofi, where he worked on strategic financial control, internal governance, and business planning.
Tobias’s professional journey began in the late 1990s with foundational roles in accounting at Flex Resor AB and NE Nationalencyklopedin AB, where he honed his skills in financial administration, reporting, and analytical decision-making.
