Kejriwal brings to Pilgrim an impressive track record of over a decade of extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, organizational design, and strategic HR management across several leading companies.
Kejriwal’s professional journey before joining Pilgrim includes notable positions at some of the most respected firms globally. She served as General Manager – HR at Godrej Group, where she led talent acquisition across multiple business units including Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Agrovet, Godrej Properties, Godrej Fund Management, and Godrej Chemicals. Her role as Human Resources Director at Media.net had her heading HR Business Partnering for a workforce of over 1500 employees. Kejriwal’s expertise was further honed at JUMO, where as Human Resources Business Partner for Asia, she crafted the People Blueprint for JUMO’s entry into India and Singapore. Additionally, her tenure at Nestlé as HR Transformation Lead & Change Manager for the South Asia Region showcases her ability to lead large-scale HR transformation projects.
Shreya Kejriwal’s early career also includes significant contributions to ITC Limited and impactful stints at global firms such as Aon Hewitt, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, and D.E. Shaw & Co., rounding out her comprehensive background in Human Resources.
