Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Pooja Bhalla Mathur has been elevated to Global Head of Growth Marketing at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company. This leadership elevation marks a significant step in strengthening the organization’s global marketing capabilities as it accelerates its AI-led growth strategy.
In her new role, Pooja will lead industry and service line marketing globally, with a strong focus on demand generation, account-based marketing, and deepening partner and ecosystem engagement. A key part of her mandate will include driving synergies within the Hitachi ecosystem to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue across global markets.
Pooja brings over 19 years of experience across integrated marketing, brand strategy, and communications. She joined GlobalLogic in 2023 as Director – Marketing (APAC), where she played a pivotal role in aligning marketing with business priorities, strengthening customer engagement, and advancing the company’s AI narrative across platforms.
Prior to GlobalLogic, she spent over a decade at EY, where she held multiple leadership roles in brand, marketing, and communications, most recently as Associate Director. During her tenure, she led marketing initiatives for Private Equity and M&A businesses in highly matrixed global environments, driving strategic brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Aon Hewitt and QAI, where she built a strong foundation in marketing communications, stakeholder management, and employer branding.
Pooja holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership, further strengthening her strategic and leadership capabilities.
Her elevation reflects GlobalLogic’s continued focus on building global leadership capabilities from India while reinforcing its positioning as an AI-native, engineering-led organization.
