Gurugram, India, October 2024 – Pooja Duggal has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Exicom Tele Systems Limited, a leading player in the sustainable energy sector. With over two decades of experience in human resources and strategic management, Pooja will lead the HR function, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development as Exicom continues its expansion into global markets.
Prior to joining Exicom, Pooja was the Head of Human Resources at Zee Media Corporation Limited, where she played a crucial role in driving the company’s HR strategies, overseeing a team that supported its business operations in Noida. Her leadership contributed to improving HR systems and processes across the organization during her tenure.
Before Zee Media, Pooja led HR for HT Digital Streams, a digital business of HT Media, where she managed the people strategy for a 700-strong workforce. She was instrumental in creating a competitive HR framework that supported the company’s growth initiatives.
In her earlier career, Pooja held leadership positions at HT Media Ltd, where she led HR initiatives across its print businesses, including Hindustan Times, Hindustan, and Mint. She also held key HR roles at Raychem RPG Ltd and Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, where she developed talent strategies and designed organizational development frameworks for global operations.
