Rajkot, Gujarat, India, September 2025 – Poorva Shah Nathwani has been appointed as Group Head Human Resources at Gautam Group, a leading name in cast iron and ductile iron components for the engineering and automotive sectors. Based in Rajkot, Poorva will lead HR strategy and operations across the group’s multiple business units, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural transformation aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.

Prior to joining Gautam Group, Poorva Shah Nathwani served as Senior Manager – Human Resources (People, Strategy, Talent & Operations) at Emipro for nearly five years. During this tenure, she played a vital role in building organizational performance through strategic HR initiatives spanning employee relations, policy development, compensation & benefits, training, talent management, and grievance redressal.
Earlier, she worked as HR Strategic Partner and Senior Manager – HR & Operations at Quba Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd., where she drove design thinking-led HR practices, organizational development, performance management systems, and manpower planning.
She also spent time as Managing Partner at E3 Holidays, expanding her entrepreneurial acumen while managing domestic and international travel solutions. Before this, she served as Senior Manager Human Resources at Macpower CNC Machines Limited for over four years, leading efforts in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, OD, PMS, and HRIS implementation.
Her HR leadership experience also includes roles as Deputy Manager – HR at Atul Ltd and Management Trainee at Hindalco Industries Limited, where she focused on skill matrix implementation, competency mapping, and workforce development at early stages of her career.
Poorva Shah Nathwani holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Her strong academic foundation has underpinned her consistent success in strategic and operational HR roles throughout her career.
