Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Prabhanjan Kulkarni has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Scripbox, a leading wealth management firm in India. In this new position, he will drive the strategic HR agenda, focusing on talent development, organizational transformation, and leadership capability building to support Scripbox’s mission of delivering personalized wealth solutions across India.
Before joining Scripbox, Prabhanjan served for nearly seven years at redBus as Head of HR, where he led human resources for one of India’s largest online bus ticketing platforms. His contributions were instrumental in shaping the people strategy during a period of rapid scale and digital transformation.
Earlier, he was with Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), where he held several critical HR leadership roles including Associate Director Human Resources, HR Business Partner – Tech and Product, HRBP – International, and Chief of Staff to the CPO. His work spanned strategic HR partnerships, international expansions, and leadership enablement.
Prabhanjan also spent over eight years at Cisco in roles such as HR Business Partner for global engineering divisions, HR Program Manager – APJC Compensation, and Employee Experience Lead for HR M&A, contributing to talent integration and change initiatives across geographies.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Infosys BPO and Dotcom Software Pvt. Ltd., gaining rich cross-functional experience in people management, HR shared services, and enterprise process solutions. He holds an MBA in General Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
