With a career spanning over three decades, Prakash brings a rich tapestry of experience across industries including petrochemicals, logistics, infrastructure, and packaging. He is known for his ability to architect and execute enterprise-wide digital transformations that improve agility, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Prior to joining Okaya Power Group, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Icewarp India & Middle East and held leadership roles at Prospecta Software, Erba Mannheim, and EPL Limited, a Blackstone company. At EPL, he led global digital initiatives across 11 countries, driving ERP modernization, analytics enablement, and IT risk compliance. His earlier tenure at Essar Group, Reliance Industries, and Aegis Ltd further shaped his expertise in managing IT across diverse and complex operational ecosystems.
Prakash is an alumnus of Savitribai Phule Pune University, with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He holds a PG Diploma in Financial Management from IGNOU, an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore, and certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from IIT Kanpur and Cybersecurity from DSCI. His multidisciplinary background enables him to align business strategy with digital innovation seamlessly.
