Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 — Prakash Krishnappa has started a new position as Head of Talent Acquisition at Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL). In this role, he will lead the organisation’s talent acquisition agenda, supporting MEIL’s large-scale infrastructure and industrial growth across its diverse business verticals.
In his current appointment at Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL), Prakash Krishnappa has taken on the responsibility of leading talent acquisition at an enterprise level, aligning recruitment strategy with MEIL’s expanding footprint across infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, and global projects.
Prior to joining MEIL, Krishnappa was associated with Birlasoft, where he led India Recruiting and Resource Management, supporting workforce planning and hiring strategy for technology and consulting operations in a hybrid environment.
Before Birlasoft, he served as Regional Head HR – Technology and Operations at Thomson Reuters, where he worked closely with technology and operations teams, supporting HR leadership across business-critical functions.
Earlier, Krishnappa held senior HR leadership roles at Accenture, including HR Shared Services Lead and HR Transformation / Strategic Initiatives, as well as an earlier stint as Recruitment Lead – Technology and Operations, contributing to large-scale HR operations and transformation programs.
A significant portion of his career was spent at Bank of America, where he served for nearly a decade as Head HR – Global Banking and Corporate Functions, supporting complex global business units. His earlier experience also includes talent acquisition leadership roles at Dell International Services, along with early-career roles at SKF Group as a Design Engineer, and Modi Group of Companies as a Consultant, giving him a strong foundation across both technical and people domains.
