Chennai, India – Prakash Ranganathan has been appointed as the new Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer at Novac Technology Solutions. He steps into this role after a progressive tenure at the company. His appointment reflects a recognition of his extensive expertise and strategic vision in human resources within the technology sector.
Ranganathan’s journey at Novac Technology Solutions began over five years ago. He started as the General Manager of Human Resources, a role in which he refined the company’s compensation and benefits structure and led significant improvements in employee communications. In April 2021, he was promoted to Associate Vice President Human Resources, where he expanded his responsibilities to include strategic planning and talent management, directly contributing to the company’s operational success in the fast-evolving tech landscape.
Prior to joining Novac, Ranganathan was entrenched at Shriram Value Services for nearly 12 years, where he rose through the ranks from Senior Manager to General Manager of Human Resources, driving key recruitment and HR strategies that supported the company’s growth and industry standing.
