Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2026 — Prakhar Khandelwal has stepped into the role of HR Director for Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and Turkey at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. In this expanded leadership position, he will spearhead the people and organization agenda across multiple high-growth markets, driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee experience to support the company’s continued global growth.
With over 21 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, employee experience, and business transformation, Prakhar has built a distinguished career leading people strategies across global consumer goods and manufacturing organizations. Throughout his professional journey, he has consistently partnered with business leaders to build high-performing organizations, strengthen culture, and enable large-scale transformation initiatives.
Prior to taking on his current regional leadership role, Prakhar served as Global HR Director – Organization Development & Employee Experience at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, where he led the company’s global organization development agenda while driving employee experience and HR operations across the enterprise. Before that, he was Global HR Director – Supply Chain, leading the HR strategy for the company’s global supply chain organization spanning more than 18,000 employees, manufacturing sites, and tea estates across multiple countries.
Earlier in his career, Prakhar held several senior HR leadership roles at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where he served as Head HR – Supply Chain, R&D & Corporate Functions (Nutrition Business). He also spent over nine years with GSK Consumer Healthcare, progressing through leadership positions including Head – Reward & HR Services, General Manager – HR, and Site HR Head. Before that, he built strong foundations in industrial HR leadership during his tenure at Vedanta Resources Plc, managing HR across power and mining operations while leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prakhar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, an academic foundation that has complemented his extensive leadership experience in building agile organizations and people-first cultures across global businesses.
