Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — ACG World has appointed Rajesh Bhogavalli as its new Group Chief Commercial Officer. In his new role, he will lead ACG’s global commercial strategy, strengthen strategic partnerships, drive cost optimization initiatives, and support market expansion as the company continues to strengthen its global presence across the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing ecosystem.
Rajesh brings over 30 years of leadership experience across commercial strategy, global supply chain management, procurement, operations, sustainability, and business transformation. Prior to joining ACG World, he spent nearly 12 years with EPL Limited (formerly Essel Propack Ltd.), where he most recently served as President – Supply Chain & Sustainability (Global). During his tenure, he led global supply chain and sustainability initiatives across operations spanning 11 countries, overseeing demand planning, production planning, logistics, procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain strategy while advancing operational excellence and sustainable business practices. Earlier at EPL, he held leadership positions including Senior Vice President, Senior Vice President – Global Supply Chain, and Head – Supply Chain, playing a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s global supply chain capabilities.
Before joining EPL, Rajesh served with BASF India, where he held the positions of Senior Manager – Supply Chain and Manager – Supply Chain, leading supply chain operations for the company’s coatings business and driving integrated planning and operational efficiency initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Rajesh spent over 14 years at Asian Paints, where he built deep expertise in demand planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory optimization, forecasting, production planning, and supply chain transformation. His work focused on implementing best-in-class planning tools, improving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory, and strengthening end-to-end supply chain performance across the organization.
Rajesh holds an MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU and an M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Andhra University, where he graduated as a college topper. His strong academic foundation, combined with extensive leadership experience across manufacturing, packaging, chemicals, and consumer goods, positions him well to lead ACG’s commercial transformation and accelerate its global growth agenda.
