In his new role, Pramod will lead the company’s global people strategy, driving organizational growth, leadership capability, and employee experience in alignment with Excelra’s mission to harmonize complex datasets and deliver actionable insights for biopharma innovation.
With more than two decades of experience in strategic human resources leadership, talent management, and organizational transformation, Pramod brings a deep understanding of how people strategy powers business performance. His career reflects a consistent record of building scalable HR frameworks, nurturing high-performance cultures, and embedding analytics-driven decision-making across global organizations.
Before joining Excelra, Pramod served as Vice President – Human Resources at Mindsprint, where he oversaw HR business partnering, performance management, analytics, and internal communications. His earlier tenure at emids, spanning over eight years, saw him rise through multiple leadership positions including Vice President – Human Resources, where he designed and implemented performance systems such as Balanced Scorecards and OKRs, introduced a wellness brand, and led large-scale HR automation initiatives that optimized operating efficiency by over 10%.
Earlier in his career, Pramod was associated with UnitedHealth Group, where he contributed to global HR transformation projects, and Wipro Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in strategic hiring for leadership roles across the Banking and Retail verticals. His HR journey is complemented by a strong foundation in strategic people management and a passion for creating inclusive, innovative workplaces.
An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (Executive Education – Future CHRO Programme) and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pramod’s leadership philosophy is anchored in empowerment, data-informed decision-making, and building trust-driven cultures.
