Rugby, England, United Kingdom, December 2024 – Pramod Mistry has joined Pelsis Group as Chief Financial Officer, where he will lead the company’s financial strategy and contribute to driving its vision of delivering sustainable and innovative pest management and garden care solutions.
With over two decades of extensive experience in finance and strategic business development, Pramod Mistry brings exceptional expertise to his new role. Before joining Pelsis Group, he served as a Senior Advisor at Celonis, where he provided strategic guidance on financial and operational performance enhancements.
Pramod also held the role of Vice President of Finance at Delphi, overseeing global financial operations for over five years. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer at The HLD Group, where he successfully led financial transformations and strategic planning initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Pramod spent over nine years at Haldex, progressing through various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President Business Development and Chief Financial Officer, where he contributed significantly to business growth and profitability.
