Since joining Havells, he has been instrumental in leading the company’s digital journey, leveraging automation, emerging technologies, and process optimization to drive operational excellence.
Before this elevation, Pramod served as EVP & CIO at Havells, where he led digital and consumer-centric initiatives. His earlier tenure at Samsung Electronics India saw him take on diverse leadership roles, including as CIO and Senior Director, where he built new revenue streams, strengthened digital ecosystems, and launched consumer platforms. He also held critical roles at Eli Lilly and Company, where he was part of the global IT innovation team, and at Oracle Financial Services, leading CRM strategy, consulting, and product development across geographies.
Pramod’s experience spans India, the USA, China, and the Middle East, covering industries such as BFSI, pharmaceuticals, mobile, and consumer electronics. His strategic capabilities in aligning business with technology, coupled with his credentials as an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and a Six Sigma Green Belt, reinforce his effectiveness in large-scale digital initiatives.
As President & CIO, Pramod will continue to lead Havells’ digital transformation agenda, focusing on advanced analytics, AI integration, and customer experience enhancement.
