Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 — Prasad Joshi has joined Cashfree Payments as Senior Director – Growth & Strategy, bringing with him over a decade of robust experience across the fintech and digital commerce ecosystem. His appointment reinforces Cashfree Payments’ commitment to strengthening its strategic initiatives and driving sustainable growth across its product and partner ecosystem.

Prasad most recently served as Head of Payment Alliances at Setu, where he led strategic collaborations and scaled payment solutions across diverse platforms. Prior to that, he headed Alliances and Strategic Partnerships at Park+, where he was instrumental in forging high-impact partnerships and enabling rapid expansion across verticals.

Earlier in his career, Prasad played a pivotal role at Amazon, leading the retail offline expansion for Amazon Pay India. At Paytm, he held leadership roles that included managing high-growth verticals such as food, transport, and entertainment. He also led key merchant acquisition efforts across South India, contributing to over ₹300 crore in annualized GMV and building one of the fastest-growing regional teams.

Beginning his professional journey with Airtel, Prasad worked across B2B marketing and enterprise product roles in South India, sharpening his skills in channel strategy, customer engagement, and regional business development.

In his new role at Cashfree Payments, Prasad will focus on building strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and scaling revenue initiatives through ecosystem engagement. His diverse background across digital payments, alliance management, and fintech innovation uniquely positions him to play a transformative role in the company’s future growth trajectory.
