Pune, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Prasad Pimpalkar has joined Valtech as Head of Talent Sourcing & Intelligence, bringing deep expertise in global talent sourcing, data-driven hiring strategies, and building high-impact talent pipelines across geographies.
In this role, he will lead global sourcing strategy and intelligence capabilities, strengthening Valtech’s ability to attract diverse, high-quality talent aligned with its experience innovation agenda.
Prasad Pimpalkar joins Valtech after a significant tenure at Thoughtworks, where he spent nearly seven years driving global sourcing excellence. Most recently, he served as Global Sourcing Manager, leading a distributed team of talent sourcers across India, APAC, Europe, and the Americas. He was instrumental in building high-quality passive talent pipelines contributing to 700–800 hires annually, while championing inclusive hiring practices and leveraging data insights for strategic decision-making.
Earlier at Thoughtworks, he held roles including Lead Talent Sourcer – Global Lead and Senior Talent Sourcer – APAC Lead, where he built regional sourcing frameworks, mentored teams, and introduced agile sourcing methodologies and innovative tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Prior to this, he worked with Mastercard as a Senior Sourcer – Global Talent Acquisition, where he successfully closed over 170 positions and delivered strong hiring conversion metrics, while also contributing to diversity hiring initiatives and process improvements.
He began his talent acquisition journey at Capgemini, where he handled large-scale recruitment mandates across BFSI clients, successfully filling over 350 positions and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Prasad started his career in digital marketing with Vyom Labs Pvt. Ltd., gaining foundational experience in digital outreach, branding, and professional networking.
He holds an MBA in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
