With a distinguished career spanning human capital management, talent strategy, and leadership development, he brings a wealth of experience in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and business HR functions. At Laxmi Organic, Prateek will focus on enhancing HR capabilities, fostering employee engagement, and driving people-centric strategies to support the company’s continued growth.
Before joining Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., Prateek Singh served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Integrace Health for nearly five years, where he led HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development for one of India’s top 100 pharmaceutical companies. His tenure focused on building a high-performance culture and driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Prior to Integrace Health, Prateek spent nearly a decade at Marico Limited, holding multiple leadership roles. As Business HR Head – India Sales and Marketing, he spearheaded HR functions for sales and marketing teams. He also served as Head of Talent Acquisition & Business HR for Middle East & Africa, overseeing global talent acquisition and mobility programs. His earlier roles at Marico included Corporate HR Manager, where he managed talent mobility and business HR functions across multiple geographies.
Earlier in his career, he worked at GSK as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where he played a key role in learning and organizational development initiatives at the Sonepat plant. Before that, he was with TCS e-Serve Ltd., serving as an HR Business Partner, where he managed performance management, talent development, and employee engagement for a workforce of approximately 800 employees.
