I am delighted and privileged to take on the role of the Chief Human Resource Officer for the Renewables business of the Mahindra Group (Susten and Teqo). The extraordinary teams of both these organizations are making remarkable strides in powering India with Green Energy and I am so proud to now be a part of this eco-system. I take on this role from my colleague Trupti Wilankar who is a truly wonderful HR Leader with a heart of pure gold. She has built a remarkable team across Susten and Teqo and I am deeply humbled to take her vision forward as she transitions towards the next chapter of her career over the next few days.
