Mumbai, India – Pratik Mehta has recently taken on the role of Chief Human Resource Officer for the Renewables business of the Mahindra Group, which includes Susten and Teqo. This new chapter comes after 15 fruitful years in management consulting, where Mehta has garnered extensive experience across global corporations.
I am delighted and privileged to take on the role of the Chief Human Resource Officer for the Renewables business of the Mahindra Group (Susten and Teqo). The extraordinary teams of both these organizations are making remarkable strides in powering India with Green Energy and I am so proud to now be a part of this eco-system. I take on this role from my colleague Trupti Wilankar who is a truly wonderful HR Leader with a heart of pure gold. She has built a remarkable team across Susten and Teqo and I am deeply humbled to take her vision forward as she transitions towards the next chapter of her career over the next few days.

Prior to his new role at Mahindra, Mehta served as Head of Mahindra Leadership University from February 2022 to May 2024, where he played a significant role in building and taking Mahindra Leadership University to greater heights. Before that, he held significant positions at Deloitte for more than five years; he joined as a Director and grew up to be a Partner during his very successful career at Deloitte.
In his earlier career, Mehta has also played pivotal roles at KPMG, and Hay Group.
Mehta is excited to bring his extensive background in strategic leadership and organizational development to the renewables sector, aiming to enhance Mahindra’s commitment to sustainability and green energy initiatives.
