Rajkot, Gujarat, India, September 2024 – Pratik Tanna has been appointed as the new Group Head of Human Resources at Visaman Global Sales Limited, a rapidly growing supplier of structural steel solutions in India. Pratik brings extensive expertise in global HR management, change management, recruiting, and business process improvement to his new role. He will oversee the HR strategies across the organization, contributing to the growth and success of Visaman Global Sales Limited.
Pratik previously served as General Manager at HR Recruitment and Consultant for nearly nine months, where he managed strategic HR functions, including recruitment, training, and development. Before that, he was the Founder and Director of BPT IRIS, where he focused on developing HR strategies and solutions for clients across industries.
In his earlier role, Pratik served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Echjay Industries for over a year, where he was responsible for leadership development, payroll systems, and employee relations. His experience also includes being HR Manager at Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt. Ltd., where he managed the company’s HR metrics and operations for nearly two years.
Pratik’s HR leadership experience spans multiple industries, including a significant role at Parmar Metals, where he worked as General Manager. He brings a wealth of experience in HR process design and employee relations, which will help elevate Visaman Global Sales Limited’s HR practices.
