New Delhi, India, March 2026 – Blupace Tech has appointed Pratyush Nandkeolyaar as its Chief Talent Officer, reinforcing its focus on building a future-ready workforce as the company continues to scale globally across digital transformation and technology services.
In his new role, Pratyush will lead global talent strategy, workforce transformation, employer branding, and leadership hiring, enabling Blupace Tech to strengthen its talent ecosystem and support its rapid growth across multiple geographies.
Pratyush Nandkeolyaar brings over two decades of experience in global talent acquisition and HR transformation. Most recently, he served as Senior Director and Talent Acquisition Head – India & Europe at Brillio, where he led global hiring strategies and introduced AI-driven recruitment frameworks, achieving a 63% reduction in hiring costs and significant process efficiency gains.
Prior to this, he worked as Vice President and Global Talent Acquisition Head at IKS Health, where he drove global talent acquisition initiatives across markets.
He also held leadership roles at RSA Security and Deutsche Bank, where he led large-scale talent acquisition operations, including hiring thousands of professionals annually and strengthening diversity hiring initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he served as Director and Head of Talent Acquisition India & APAC at Druva and Head Recruitment at BMC Software, where he built scalable hiring frameworks and supported rapid organizational growth.
He has also held leadership roles at Fulcrum Digital and Tech Mahindra, contributing to global talent strategies, and began his career at Dell and Capgemini Consulting, building strong foundational expertise in recruitment and HR operations.
Pratyush holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, further strengthening his leadership in talent strategy.
